| YBR125 Custom
Get your motor
running, head out on the highway
Based on Yamaha's highly successful YBR125 commuter. The
YBR125 Custom goes the whole way with teardrop tank, high ‘bars,
deep-valance fenders, slash-cut muffler (rated to EU3 emissions)
and a low-slung seat for laid-back riding. Oh yeah, and the YBR125
Custom gets lots of chrome, from the plated dials all the way back
to the neat rear carrier.
Take some chilled-out custom styling, mix it
up with some rugged YBR125 engineering and you’ve got the
genuine US cruiser look

| GSX1300R Hayabusa
Monday 10th Sept 2007.
The Saltzburgring circuit in Austria played host to the European
launch of Suzuki’s all-new GSX1300R Hayabusa today, with UK press
the first to experience the 194 BHP missile.
Following its public unveiling in Rome earlier this year, the
Saltzburgring circuit was chosen as the location for the first press
tests, due to its unusual high-speed nature, being perfect for trying
Suzuki’s most powerful production machine.
With a full day of testing today, press were first treated to a
technical presentation from Suzuki’s European Technical Director -
Hiroyuki Nakai and European Styling Designer - Koji Yoshiura, who
explained the development process behind the new Hayabusa.
By 11.30AM the first UK group had returned from their first test
session, with smiling faces and tales of impressive speeds…

GSX650F
The brand new GSX650F
is perhaps the most interesting development in the 2008
Suzuki range, essentially a hot-rodded Bandit 650, featuring the new
water cooled fuel injected 650cc DOHC 16 valve engine that appeared in
the 2007 Bandit. A tourer with real sports
bike attitude, with a full fairing and a stacked 'GSX-R' type
headlight and instrument cluster including the bright shift light that
can be programmed to remind the rider to change up at and engine speed
up to the red-line. The chassis features
41mm KYB forks with adjustable spring pre-load and Tokico four piston
calipers that bite 310mm floating discs. Rear suspension is by rising
rate linkage with a KYB shock absorber. Seat height has been kept at a
sensibly low 770mm (30.3 inches) while the relationship between the
one piece seat and footrests and handlebars is a finely balanced mix
of sportiness and all round comfort. |
| GSX-R 600 and
GSX-R 750
Introducing the 2008 Suzuki GSX-R750 K8. With
the most powerful, efficient and cleanest-running 750cc four-stroke
production engine Suzuki has ever produced. A new cast-aluminium-alloy
frame. Exciting new bodywork with improved aerodynamics. An advanced
engine management and fuel injection system with adjustable on-the-fly
mapping.
It's as if the talented team of engineers responsible designed a race
bike with street equipment. Which just makes it more obvious what the
2008 GSX-R750 really is - not just a true race replica, but the
original race replica, reborn.
